As a seasoned Realtor living and working on the Eastside, I bring a unique blend of local expertise and industry experience to help my clients make informed real estate decisions. Growing up in Redmond and attending schools in the Lake Washington School District, I’ve seen the expansion of the Eastside starting with Redmond come from farm land and trails to high rises and shopping, same goes for Bellevue, Bothell, Kirkland, Mill Creek and now Woodinville. I understand that progression is inevitable and I have welcomed it, but I also enjoy sharing my memories from the smaller communities we once had.
From my 17 years in the medical field to a decade in Real Estate, I honed in my skills and am known for my attention to detail, professionalism, and a personalized approach to buying and selling. I focus on helping clients with residential sales with and without HOA communities. 90% of my business has been dedicated to selling condos and single family homes with HOA's.
Personally being a home buyer and seller myself and going through struggles with the agents I had years prior to being a licensed agent, I never wanted anyone else to go through the pain and stress that I experienced when I bought and sold( in washington and out of state). I even managed the process of selling my own home (For Sale by Owner) because of my frustrations with agents.
I have made it my mission to be the agent that hears my clients and helps them through every aspect of their real estate experience never judging or pushing them through. But softly and honestly guiding them to closing on their transactions. I have been where my clients have been and I strive to make their experience as seemless as I possible can.
Just a fun detail, I thoroughly like reading resale certificates and looking over minute notes so that I am informed of my clients properties and know the agendas of the property management company of whom I am working with. I believe that everyone in transactions need to be informed of what is being sold and all the rights of both sellers and buyers. I make it my priority to stay top of mind with lenders and closing agents to make sure that closing occurs on time and that any delay that may arise is addressed promptly. I do not love last minute set backs but know they might happen and navigate around them with my promptness and communication.
While I dedicate my time to working daily, I also enjoy setting time blocks to spend with my family and friends here in Washington and along the West Coast but prefer to spend the majority of my time with my niece and nephews when available. I have a 16 year old Carrin Terrier named Bubba and as much as he hates it, he travels with me between here and Texas every year seeing new places and spending time at the beaches we drive along. I enjoy food, especially local seafood of the Northwest but have a weakness for a good steak/potatoes, fried alligator and diver scallops in south Texas and never turn down a good Neapolitan pizza anywhere I am. Even though I grew up here in Seattle and worked at a coffee shop during my college years, I am not a coffee drinker, I much prefer Tea and Coca Cola.
