Home Fundit is a program through CMG Lending that provides you a down payment registry. You create a webpage and share on your social media platforms, then you can enroll in upit which allows you to add a search tool to be downloaded onto your search browser and when you shop at any of the 1000’s of retail stores, you earn credit that is deposited into your account towards your down payment goal. You are also able to share the search link and your family, friends and coworkers can help you indirectly when they shop as well!
